Tasting Notes: From the best block of Yarra Valley, hand-picked. Whole-bunch presses is used to minimize extraction of tannins from the skins and pips of the grapes, and the result is very clear juice with excellent varietal fruit flavor. Fermented in French oak, matured for 9 months. It has layers on palate and a long, caressing finish. This wine was awarded 96 points, which is number 1 in James Halliday Australia’s bestselling wine magazine in June 2018.
