Tasting Notes: The Cabernet Sauvignon was carefully selected and picked from the Pettavel Yarra Valley old Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard. Cool and dry climate in Yarra Valley achieves outstanding quality. The grapes were hand-picked, well-tended and matured in oak barrels, and made into a limited quantity of Cabernet Sauvignon. They are delightful to drink and are full of reserve potential.

Aroma: This wine has aromas of blackberry, green pepper, while French oak influence offers a gentle cigar box and cedar to the nose.

Palate: On the palate the wine is powerful and intense with dark berry fruit, spice and smoke. The wine is full bodied mouth with thick tannins with long finish.
